Shipping Policy

The parcel service we use is Fedex with a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days within the Mexican Republic (in case of being abroad the period of time can be extended), this from crediting your payment and confirming via WhatsApp.

MAYARI, HERBAL ALQUIMIA; is not responsible for losses, partial or total theft, breakage or partially or total damaged material, loss, erroneous deliveries or delayed deliveries

The prices can vary without notice.

Check that all your data is correct and complete since the success of your delivery depends on this.
It is the buyer's responsibility to accurately describe the address, telephone numbers and postal code. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to entering incorrect data. Our system enters the data that you have captured in your profile into the guides.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the guide number and delivery commitment date via email.

Policy of exchanges and returns

  • Changes are accepted as long as the product is in its original packaging and unopened. (The buyer or whoever makes the return must cover the shipping costs).

  • Applies only for exchange per product, no refund is accepted.

  • The change must be for a product of equal or lower cost, otherwise the difference of said item will be charged.

  • The merchandise must NOT present alterations in its packaging, content or label.

  • It is a requirement to send by email the order number, proof of payment, name of the product, reason for which the change is requested, photo of the damaged product (if applicable) to the email mayari.herbolaria@gmail.com within the following seven calendar days counting from the day you received the order. If you do not send all the information, the change will not take place.

  • The changes will take place once the product is received at our facilities.
